Run Club coming to ROEIC!

crossfit-wod-5k-run-running.jpgWhether you’re trying to check a 5k, half marathon or full marathon off your bucket list, or just trying to shed some weight or breath better in WODs, we may have a solution for you.

Coach Erik Fay has trained several athletes preparing for 5ks, halves, and full marathons and all of his trainees have gone on to do well and finish the races they set out for.

We will be holding an informational meeting on Saturday, April 30th regarding this add-on class and program, and what is required to get involved. Members can also refer people from outside the gym.
