Finding Balance

I recently read an awesome article about finding balance written by Michael Cazayoux, the founder of Brute Strength and former Affiliate Cup winner with the team from Ute Crossfit. It’s such a good read because as humans, we are constantly trying to find that magical balance in our lives, and in anything we do.


His two main points are: 1. Create “defensive space” between work, training, and relationships, and 2. Master Your Mornings. He believes that these two points can help you find a maintainable balance in your life in order to have better days and accomplish the things most important to you. He says, “Balance is never automatic. I will constantly drift to one side or the other, and must remain engaged and AWAKE to stay in balance”.
